The basic model of the crop circle ship consist of a large tetrahedron structure, with the watersphere at its very center. To understand more about this structure, make sure you read level 1 of the crop circle ship material.
The tetrahedron shape is shown in the major formation of 1991. The watersphere is also shown at the center (the circle with the two rings).
Therefore, it is a tetrahedron that sorrounds the watersphere.
Supporting this idea, along with specifics of the spheres on the tetrahedron (S1, S2, S3, and SZ) are shown here.
The following design shows the watersphere in the center, with three groups of trailing circles coming from the underside of the craft, indicating the three-fold nature.
By combining the next two formations, we can also arrive at the tetrahedron shape with the three spheres.
The formation on the left below represents one of the three arms of the formation on the right.
Therefore the 3 spheres, S1, S2, and S3...
...can also be overlayed in a tetrahedron shape over this design:

Additionally, there are instances like the following which show us there are 3 groups of these 3 spheres spheres, making a total of 9.
A better approximation of the size of the spheres running down the large tetrahedron structure can be obtained with the following formation, while the ratio of the inner core of the spheres (through which microwaves travel) can be estimated at 1 (for Sphere 1), 2 (for Sphere 2), and 6 (for Sphere 3).
In most cases, the circle makers represent all 3 sets of the tetrahedron structure spheres with a representation of only 1 set of them. (like above, and below)

We can make the exact same comparison we did previously and of course, it works.
LOOK CLOSELY!!!
Think its a coincidence how these happen to match up?
No, it is not!!! --- LOOK:
Those formations were created 5 years apart. (1999 and 2004).
This is not an isolated incident.
We can apply this to the famous Alton Barnes formation from 1990:
Hmm, that's interesting. Here's another formation created on the same day as the one above, yet it doesn't seem to fit, because there are only two spheres before the watersphere:
But in reality it only
strengthens the case!
We learnt in level 1 of the crop circle ship material that
the watersphere is connected from the second level of spheres in the large tetrahedron structure.
BOTH of these cases are valid, we are simply looking at the thing from different connections:

and make sure you understand.
And this is a mighty impressive comparison which CANNOT BE DENIED!!!

In conclusion, the large tetrahedron structure is the only possible correct model.
It makes up a major part of the crop circle ship. Microwaves pass through the inner core of the large tetrahedron structure.
