[edit] Overview
Below is an image of a so called VLF radio facility just north of Exmouth, in Western Australia, Australia. The official title is the Naval Communication Station Harold E. Holt.
In July 2002, the Australian Navy handed over operation of the station to the Defence Materiel Organisation. The base is currently operated under contract by Boeing Australia, Ltd.
The station provides very low frequency (VLF) radio transmission to United States Navy and Royal Australian Navy ships and submarines in the western Pacific Ocean and eastern Indian Ocean. It is with a transmission power of 1000 kilowatts the most powerful transmission station on the Southern hemisphere.

The design of the facility visually mirrors the design of the Six-fold Electrical Structures. Like the Electrical Structures, we can see an inner and outer part to the design - both six-fold, and as well as three-fold part closer to the center, which perhaps can be represented by the Lower Watersphere Interaction with the Electrical Structures.
Reports and online information suggest high strangeness associated with the location.
Great views are available on Google Earth and a high resolution image is available on this page.

[edit] Towers
3 groups of radio towers can be defined by their distance from the center structure.
Above, the innermost group 1 (green) has three towers, at approx. 240 meters from the center.
The center group 2 (blue) has six towers, at approx. 740 meters from the center.
The outermost group 3 (yellow) has six towers, at approx. 1240 meters from the center.
(If we use group 1 towers as a reference, group 2 is 500 meters away, and group 3 is 1000 meters away).
There are 13 large towers, 6 in group 2, 6 in group 3, and one in the very center. The 3 towers in group 1 are smaller. This can be verified by examining the length of the shadows cast by the towers on the high resolution image.

[edit] Notes from the web
...The Australian and New Zealand UFO research team claim that beam pulse # one came from Exmouth in north-western W.A., and beam pulse # two came from near Alice Springs in the N.T.
...The "fireballs" were observed to their north-west and an on-site ground reconstruction places them exactly in line with the Exmouth Tx site. The fireballs almost certainly originated from the "VLF" Tx site at the "Harold E. Holt" Exmouth EM base. Similar "fireballs" were seen on several nights after this event and it was ascertained later that similar skywards firing "fireballs" had been seen on several occasions over the preceding years by the owner of the same sheep station where the "Roo Shooters" were hunting. The Exmouth "VLF" Tx system is located several kilometers north of the Exmouth townsite. It has been reported by residents to have glowed bright blue-green around the entire aerial array on many occasions.
The data collectively demonstrates that the Exmouth base is indeed a site of major EM weapon system deployment that can at the very least create and fire EM plasma energy pulses into space.

Supposedly this Exmouth Tx site is transmitting vlf or elf E/M radio messages to submarines. However this eyewitness description of the underground wooden frame and giant coil is a dead give away. It perfectly describes major elements of Tesla's Wardenclyffe, Long Island, and the earlier Colorado Springs research versions, Magnifying Energy Transmitters. The wooden construction is required to handle very high voltages and very high frequencies (possibly as high as microwave band frequencies) by containing the induced coil electrostatic wave from discharge to ground - it is NOT needed to handle very low frequencies (vlf), or extremely low frequencies (elf).
