A design by Nikola Romanski of what he has called the 30-B Reactance Coupler shows what looks like some close similarities to the very core of the Watersphere, and the Octahedron.

Similarities:
A shows an upper and lower magnet above and below the core, a concept also shown in the core of the Watersphere, see the page on Magnetism in the Watersphere.
B has the identical pattern of the Octahedron formation from a 2004 formation.
C points to the fact that a Klystron (for microwaves) is suggested in this design, while Microwaves also appears to be used in the Watersphere.
D shows in effect what looks like two large pyramids, or halves of an Octahedron.
