Magnetic Ring 3 is the largest of the Magnetic Rings, and at times may be referred to as the Large Ring. It is significant in that it has a Hydrogen Pool and is directly related to the Turbine Thing, see below.
[edit] Turbine thing
Below, the Magnetic Rings are shown.
The following two formations were both found on the same day.
This (and other formations) show that the area of the Turbine Thing matches the area of Magnetic Ring 3.
Magnetic Ring 3 appears to 'push' the other Magnetic Rings (below, left) so that they all 'rotate' together, essentially as one unit (below, right).

Below, the Large Ring is defined as the area of Magnetic Ring 3.
Next, the Watersphere is shown twice. Watersphere 1 shows the position of the Watersphere as it is aligned in the center above the Electrical Structures, while Watersphere 2 is symbolic of an interaction between the Watersphere (see Lower Watersphere Interaction) and the Electrical Structures. Note that there is actually only one Watersphere, it is shown in the formation twice to help make the meaning clearer.
